The 5th Seminar, which will be hosted in Taibah University in Al-Madina, comes to covered the fundamental challenges faced during the initial years of E-learning introduction into university, towards a much more defined focus and collaboration, which, over the years, will revise the central elements of the development of e-learning and its implications for the institutional dynamics of universities and centers of higher education in Saudi Arabia.
