The 4the seminar of elearning and distance learning industry in Saudi Arabia Higher Education Institutions aims to:

  1. Facilitate the collaboration of universities in technological and technical aspects as well as academic education services by implementing elearning and distance learning applications.

  2. Demonstrate world-wide experiments and experiences on coordinating higher education institutions’ collaborations to provide educational services through elearning technologies.

  3. Create a national form for efficient partnership and collaborations to provide advanced elearning & distance learning industry in higher education institutions in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  4. Suggest innovative technological and administrative solutions to implement the best collaboration approaches in higher education institutions.

  5. Provide practical recommendations on supporting the collaborations of elearning providers in higher education institutions for the sole purpose of achieving and obtaining the desired goals of coordination and collaboration.
