2. International experiences and experiments on coordinating higher education services through the use of elearning and distance learning applications.
   Most of the successful elearning providers adopt effective collaborative approach in business. The collaboration can be with other educational institutions, industries or between regions…etc. In this topic some examples of successful and unsuccessful approaches will be discussed.



3. Examples of a successful collaboration in elearning and past experiences.
   Around the world, there are lots of successful elearning providers, who foster partnership and collaboration among themselves. In this topic, some of those providers will be illustrated and the factors contributed to their success will be highlighted.



4. Creative Technological and administrative innovations in elearning collaborative approach of higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia.
   Usually, Elearning collaborations involve cooperation between two parties working together effectively who are distant in place and time zone. The approach can also help in facilitating the management of communication and interactivity to provide efficient collaboration. Some of the approaches mentioned above will be discussed in this topic.
